The Seance - a live, theatrical séance experience. I'm looking for a hotel in the Greater Chicago area with a ballroom or event space that seats 100-300.

The deal is simple: you give me the room, I bring you a sold-out crowd.

You keep everything behind the bar. I keep the door. You do nothing else.

When we've done this in hotel ballrooms with 200-300 people, the bar has done $1,000-$3,000 in a single night.

We SOLD OUT every show we did in 2025. Audience is 75% women, average age 50. They drink.

I bring the PA, lights, backdrops, posters, and handle all my own ticketing and marketing. I get on local TV and radio. You just show up and pour.

We are looking to perform shows weekly in Spring and a second run in Fall
